Story
I’m reaching out to share a deeply personal reason behind my current fundraising efforts.
My wife, Melissa Cross bravely fought brain cancer but sadly passed away. Her strength and spirit continue to inspire me, and I’m committed to honouring her memory by raising funds for brain cancer research and awareness.
To honour Melissa and support the crucial fight against brain cancer, Norah Head Sporties and I are partnering with the Mark Hughes Foundation. Our goal is to raise much-needed funds and increase awareness about brain cancer, working towards a future where it is no longer a threat.
Whether you can join us, donate, or spread the word, your involvement will help make a difference in the fight against brain cancer and honour Melissa’s legacy.
Mark Hughes Foundation
The Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF) is a charity formed in Newcastle by Mark and Kirralee Hughes following Mark’s diagnosis with Brain Cancer in 2013. The Mark Hughes Foundation’s mission is to raise much needed funds for research, to create awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families.
