Story
This year the Wild Flogs will set out on our bike trip NT to meet up with mates for a 5 day fishing trip. We will then head on to Kununurra, Broome following the West Coast to Perth before crossing the Nullabor heading home via Adelaide. We have decided to raise funds for MHF as like many other families my wife and I have been directly impacted by the ravages of brain cancer. In 2005, our lives changed forever when our 3rd son Sammy was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour at just 18 months old. Three months later we lost our beautiful black eyed boy. It has taken years for us to get to the point where we are able to help others going through the fight with this disease so if you can donate any amount to the Wild Flogs Tour 2024 this will raise much needed funds for Mark Hughes Foundation. The Mark Hughes Foundation (MHF) is a charity formed in Newcastle by Mark and Kirralee Hughes following Mark’s diagnosis with Brain Cancer in 2013. The Mark Hughes Foundation’s mission is to raise much needed funds for research, to create awareness and support brain cancer patients and their families.
